We only ever use FSC-certified exotic hardwood
All of our African Mahogany comes from local Swaner Hardwoods, who imports from Samartex, an ethical, FSC-certified lumber company in Ghana, who funds schools, hospitals and roads for its local community.
We are a proud partner with Rubio Monocoat, plant-based, zero-VOC low emission finishes and stains. We use organic oils & zero-VOC finishes whenever possible.
Proper storage and disposal of all hazardous waste materials
Reuse of lumber scrap whenever possible for filler, mulch, demo projects and experiments.
Separation and proper green disposal of scrap lumber at all times.
